Sources and usage gates

Production use requires both a technical adapter and a documented source-rights decision; either condition may keep a source unavailable.

Implemented source adapters

The project currently contains production ingestion paths for the USGS earthquake feed, NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center observations and alerts, and GDACS disaster events. Each adapter validates its upstream payload, preserves provenance fields, and writes only through project-scoped database functions or repositories.

Implementation does not by itself authorize publication. The source audit is the controlling record for permitted storage, retention, attribution, and redistribution behavior. If that record changes, the affected source can be disabled without changing the normalized hazard-domain contract.

Conditional and unavailable inputs

CNEOS CAD and Sentry remain conditional while sufficiently explicit terms for the planned commercial storage and redistribution behavior are unavailable. The Global Volcanism Program remains conditional while a written clarification request is outstanding. There is no production ingestion, persistent storage, scraping, or scheduled synchronization for those sources.

Until an approved source is documented, asteroid and volcano production inputs are unavailable. Fixtures may exercise the source-independent scoring interfaces, but fixture coverage must never be presented as live source coverage.
